Where do you ship? Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the USA.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is handcrafted and processed (1-3 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

How do I keep my jewelry looking new? To maintain that "Royal Refine" glow, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and lotions. Store them in the soft pouch provided when not in use.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to feel "Royal" in our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer a warranty? Yes! We stand by our quality. We offer a 60-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. Just reach out to our support team with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
